The OnBase CD/DVD Authoring modules allow organizations to backup, export or publish data to CD and DVD media directly from the OnBase client. The modules work with a variety of writers to leverage existing hardware and improve its flexibility.
Creación Automatizada de CD/DVD
Automated CD/DVD Authoring extends authoring to a lights-out operation. OnBase produces the CD/DVD output at the appropriate times through a tight integration with both Rimage® CD/DVD authoring stations and Condre® Stylus Publisher. OnBase keeps track of all automated jobs and labels each CD/DVD with exact information regarding the content.
Both types of authoring, manual and automated, are stored on write once, read many (WORM) media to prevent data from being modified after it has been authored. They can also be used with Export or Publishing modules for disk creation from Disk Group volumes or from a user-defined collection of documents. In addition, the modules can be used to create media generated by Document Distribution.
